1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Create a secure password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a clear copy of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport within 7 days of registration.
• Maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rvvip2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You must submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on withdrawals and account suspension. Acceptable documents include Indonesian KTP (both sides), Indonesian passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rvvip2 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed during the deposit process.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your rvvip2 account instantly. Deposits via e-wallets are credited within 15 minutes. If your deposit does not appear in your account within the stated timeframe, please contact customer support with your transaction receipt.

3.3 Currency

All financial transactions on rvvip2 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Your account balance, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are all denominated in IDR.

3.4 Deposit Fees

rvvip2 does not charge any fees for deposits made through supported payment methods. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are beyond rvvip2's control.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

rvvip2 complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to wager your deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits must be made from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your rvvip2 account.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours, depending on your bank and verification status. VIP Gold-tier members receive priority processing with same-day withdrawals. Processing times may be longer during Indonesian public holidays or if additional verification is required.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

rvvip2 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank may apply their own receiving or transfer fees, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by rvvip2 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 30x the bonus amount) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Check individual bonus terms for details.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within a specified timeframe (typically 7 to 30 days). Unused bonuses expire after this period.

• One Bonus Per Player: Only one active bonus is permitted per account at any given time. You cannot combine multiple bonuses.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

rvvip2 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, betting on opposite outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated betting software. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all funds forfeited.

5.3 Promotional Changes

rvvip2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via email or platform notification.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on rvvip2 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. rvvip2 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of obvious technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets (including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, and other football competitions) are settled according to official results as determined by the governing sports body. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in specific market rules. Live in-play betting odds are subject to rapid change based on match developments.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment to ensure fair outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once the round is complete. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for each game and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions.

6.4 Togel Lottery

Togel lottery results (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau) are sourced from official international lottery organizations. rvvip2 does not control or influence lottery outcomes. Late bets placed after the draw cutoff time will not be accepted for that draw and will be automatically applied to the next scheduled draw.

6.5 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, rvvip2 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes software errors, server disconnections, display errors, or other technical issues beyond our control.

7. Responsible Gaming

rvvip2 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all users. We employ age verification measures during the KYC process to prevent underage gambling. If we discover that a user is under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and funds forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

rvvip2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You create or operate multiple accounts.
• You engage in fraudulent activity, collusion, or betting syndication.

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account suspension or termination, all pending bets will be voided, all bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If your account is terminated due to fraudulent activity, you forfeit all rights to any funds in your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the rvvip2 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of rvvip2 or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without express written permission from rvvip2.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rvvip2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of rvvip2 shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

rvvip2 is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party actions, including game provider technical failures, payment processor errors, internet service disruptions, or unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.

11. Dispute Resolution
